Tip of the Week

Kendall is the largest and oldest suburb of Miami. It offers a wide variety of reasonable prices Miami homes and Miami condos. Kendall's current population stands at around 75,000 residents. It spans 16.1 square miles and sits inland of Coral Gables and South of downtown Miami.

The median household income is at about $50,000.00 per year and the average home value stands at around $175,000.00. This is an ethnically diverse and welcoming Miami neighborhood that houses (or is quite close to) several Universities including Miami Dade College, Florida International University and the University of Miami.

Kendall is also home to Tamiami Airport. If you are looking for a reasonable entree into Miami real estate, this may be the neighborhood for you.
